IMPORTANT: Travelers must carry the original passport whose details will be used when issuing the border permit. Border control only accepts the document listed in the permit. A scanned copy of your passport must be submitted to us via email in PDF format.

An offer agreement is drawn up between the company and the tourist for the provision of services for the organization and conduct of tours.
Flexible and Comfortable Booking Conditions
We care about making the process of planning your journey as easy and pleasant as possible. To secure your place on the tour, a 20% deposit is required. The remaining 80% of the tour cost is payable upon arrival.
Cancellation terms
If your plans change, we fully understand and offer simple and transparent cancellation terms:
- For cancellations 30 days or more before the start of the trip, we refund 100% of the prepayment (taking into account any possible bank fees for international transfers).
- For cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the start of the trip, the refund is 50%.
- For cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the trip, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 30 banking days, in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the policies of the servicing bank.

If the tour is canceled by the company, the Client may choose either a 100% refund or the option to transfer the tour to alternative dates at no additional cost.
